About SICE — your single point of contact in foreign trade

SICE was founded in 2011. We are 3 partners who come from the foreign-trade division of Banco de Chile —where we handled the opening of letters of credit, payments to suppliers and the entire shipping process through to the client's warehouse—. Each partner personally handles their own portfolio, under their sole responsibility: you always deal with the same partner, who knows your cargo by heart.

Our experience goes back much further. One of the partners began in 1985 in the export of frozen seafood, and went on to work in customer service and sales at freight forwarders and in foreign trade at Banco de Chile. That is nearly four decades of craft placed at the service of your operation.

We are not a multinational or a call center. We are skilled, hardworking people, available 24/7 when an operation demands it. We contact your supplier directly to review the documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) that determines your tariff reductions, and because we manage the freight, we make sure the transport document (BL, CRT, AWB) is issued correctly. You are freed from what you don't know.
